Eyelash extensions are synthetic, silk, or mink fibers applied to your natural lashes using a semi-permanent adhesive to enhance length, fullness, and curl.

How long do lash extensions last?
They typically last 2–4 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle, aftercare routine, and lifestyle. Most clients book fills every 2–3 weeks.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No, when applied properly by a trained professional and cared for correctly, lash extensions will not harm your natural lashes.

Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?
Yes, but avoid oil-based or waterproof products near the eyes. We recommend using extension-safe makeup and gentle removers.

What styles do you offer?
We offer Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume sets and other Specialty sets. Your lash artist will help you choose the right style for your desired look and lash health.

How long is the appointment?

• Full sets take 1.5 to 2.5 hours

• Fills take 45 to 90 minutes
  Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.

Can I book a fill if I got lashes elsewhere?
Yes, we offer foreign fills depending on the current state of your lashes with an extra fee. A consultation may be required.

I have sensitive eyes—can I still get extensions?
Yes! We have sensitive adhesive options and take extra care to minimize irritation. Please let us know ahead of time.

What if I’m unhappy with my lashes?
We want you to love your lashes! If you’re unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up if applicable.

How should I prepare for my lash appointment?

• Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes

• Avoid caffeine before your appointment

• Remove contact lenses if possible

• Avoid oil-based skincare around your eyes

AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS

How do I care for my lash extensions?

• Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 24 hours

• Clean lashes daily with an oil-free lash cleanser

• Do not rub, pull, or sleep on your lashes

• Avoid mascara and eyelash curlers

• Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie

How often should I get a fill?
Every 2–3 weeks is recommended to maintain fullness. Fills after 4 weeks or with less than 40% of extensions remaining may require a full set.

POLICIES

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit. No exceptions.

​

What happens if I’m late?
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be non-refundable. Please arrive on time to receive your full service.

Are lash services refundable?
All lash services are non-refundable. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours. Maintenance and removal services are available at an additional fee after that.

Are children allowed in the studio?
For safety and comfort, children are not permitted in the studio during appointments. Please arrange for childcare in advance.

Are deposits required to book?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your service total.
